About Me       

    Hello! My name is Eva Shilkret and I am the first grade teacher at The International Charter School of Trenton. I have been teaching for 13 years, and have been at the International Charter School since 2001.  I graduated from Cabrini College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. 

   I have been married to my husband Todd for nine years and together we have a four year old son named Nathaniel.  Right now we live in Langhorne, but I grew up in Mt. Holly, NJ.  When I am not teaching, I like to go places with my husband and son, such as parks, zoos, and of course, the beach! 

 I have taught pre-school, kindergarten, first grade and second grade.  First grade is my favorite grade to teach because of how much they grow and learn in just one short year!  It's such an exciting year and I am so proud to be a part of it!
